    Yummy Mango Recipes

    Every year our mango tree is super generous with delicious, yummy mangoes. We have about 3 weeks every year of mango heaven:). I tend to publish new mango recipes every year as I have to get creative with the quantity of mangoes that fall in our backyard. I hope you enjoy these recipes as much as we do:).

    Red Cabbage and Mango Salad

    This mango and red cabbage salad is sweet, tangy, crunchy and full of delicious and fresh ingredients. This salad if chopped differently and chilled longer, can be used asa slaw for tacos too. We love serving this salad with fish or grilled food! Get Recipe: Red Cabbage and Mango Salad

    Mango Strawberry Salsa

    It’s hard to make mango jam with store bought mangoes, it’ll cost you a lot more to make it than to buy it. But if you live in an area that has lots of mango trees like South Florida, then you can just make homemade mango jam with mangoes from your backyard. Get Recipe: Mango Jam

    We love a mango dragon fruit refresher from Starbucks, it’s especially delightful on a long & hot summer day However, its price adds up especially with multiple kids!     Mango Mousse

    Delicious and fruity mango mousse with very few ingredients, this is the easiest dessert you’ll ever prepare. When using ripe mangoes, you don’t even need to add sugar! Get recipe: Mango Mousse
