Summertime here in Florida can feel a little suffocating weather wise. We love going to do our outdoor activities as a family on weekends very early in the morning and it feels so good to sip on this pineapple, peach and banana smoothie before the day gets to be scorching hot:). It’s filling, nutritious and so yummy!!

There’s not much to this recipe other than blending the ingredients, but here are some notes to make it easier on you.
- I freeze pineapple chunks and bananas that are about to go bad.
- I use fresh peaches for this recipe.
- Most of the time I use oatmilk for this smoothie, but also in the past I have used 2% milk, greek yogurt, almond milk etc etc instead of the oatmilk.
- Make one smoothie at a time if your family wants customizations or use a big blender to make 4 servings at once.
- I add collagen powder to my smoothie, my husband adds whey protein to his.
- My daughter wants her smoothie to be a little sweeter so to hers I add some honey.
Blending a batch of this smoothie
When blending for all four of us, I tend to use these measurements. See recipe card below for individual servings.
- 3 cups chunks of frozen pineapple
- 2 fresh peaches
- 1-2 bananas (frozen)
- 3 cups oatmilk
Blend everything in a big blender like my Ninja Blender or other quality blender. Usually I pulse for few seconds, then blend and serve in individual cups.
Note – you can use non frozen pineapple and banana but in that case you’d need to add ice and it might alter taste and consistency of the smoothie. Do some trial and error until you get it right:).
Pineapple, Peach and Banana Smoothie
Equipment
- 1 Blender use a small blender like nutribullet for individual size smoothie and a large Ninja blender for batch smoothies.
Ingredients
- ¾ cups pineapple chunks frozen
- ½ peach
- ½ bananas frozen
- ¾ cups oatmilk
Instructions
- Add frozen pineapple, frozen banana and fresh peach chunks to blender. Add milk or yogurt of your choice. Blend until smooth and serve with fresh fruit garnishes. Enjoy:).
Notes
- Replace oat milk with regular milk, almond milk, Greek yogurt or even coconut water. Kefir is a great choice too.
- Add protein or collagen powder as needed on individual blends.
- Blend individually or as a batch for the whole family.
- You can peel peaches or just wash and add them with skin on.
- I don’t add ice when using frozen pineapples and frozen bananas but if all fruits are fresh, then definitely add ice to blender.
- Since these fruits are sweet, I don’t think this smoothie needs adding sweetener but as seen even with my own family, one member likes a sweeter smoothie than the rest so to hers I add a little honey before blending:)). You’re welcome my daughter!!!
