Add frozen pineapple, frozen banana and fresh peach chunks to blender. Add milk or yogurt of your choice. Blend until smooth and serve with fresh fruit garnishes. Enjoy:).
Notes
Replace oat milk with regular milk, almond milk, Greek yogurt or even coconut water. Kefir is a great choice too.
Add protein or collagen powder as needed on individual blends.
Blend individually or as a batch for the whole family.
You can peel peaches or just wash and add them with skin on.
I don't add ice when using frozen pineapples and frozen bananas but if all fruits are fresh, then definitely add ice to blender.
Since these fruits are sweet, I don't think this smoothie needs adding sweetener but as seen even with my own family, one member likes a sweeter smoothie than the rest so to hers I add a little honey before blending:)). You're welcome my daughter!!!
