Salmon in a Creamy Tarragon Sauce
This is one of the fastest dinners I have ever prepared. I cook the salmon in an air fryer ( I have a combo air fryer/toaster oven) or oven with minimal seasoning, then I pour over the tarragon sauce. Pan Seared Chilean Sea Bass
Chilean sea bass is one of my favorite white flaky fish, it’s not easy to find fresh in stores but you can get frozen whenever possible. Cook it in cast iron with your favorite seafood seasonings and enjoy:). What I love about Chilean sea bass fillets is that they are a lot thicker than other fish fillets, so you can cook them on all sides without the fish breaking apart. Get Recipe: Chilean Sea Bass
