    Growing up in the Mediterranean, I had access to lots of seafood recipes and I often try to cook them the way I remember. Hope you enjoy these collection of Seafood Recipes.

    Baked Whole Red Snapper

    This fragrant baked snapper dish uses whole snappers, cleaned on the inside and seasoned with lots of lemon and dill. Snapper is cooked whole as it is traditional in many Mediterranean countries to preserve the flavor.

    Salmon in a Creamy Tarragon Sauce

    This is one of the fastest dinners I have ever prepared. I cook the salmon in an air fryer ( I have a combo air fryer/toaster oven) or oven with minimal seasoning, then I pour over the tarragon sauce. We usually serve this dish with cilantro lime jasmine rice or with vegetables.

    Cod Fish Cakes

    If love seafood cakes like crab cakes or salmon cakes, you have to try these cod fish cakes. They are really fantastic and make for amazing meals served with salads, rice or steamed vegetables.

    Cast Iron Halibut

    This dinner is made with cast iron fried halibut fillets, seasoned with dill and lemon and served with grape tomatoes and couscous. That’s perfection!!

    Baked Branzino

    Branzino is such a traditional fish to eat around the Mediterranean. I bake mine whole and add lots of onions and tomatoes and garlic when I bake it. Rosemary, bay leaves and lemon add so many flavors to this flaky white fish.

    Barramundi with Capers Sauce

    Barramundi is not very common here in Florida where I live so when I found it frozen at Costco I was super happy. I cook this barramundi in a skillet until golden brown and serve it with a capers sauce and tomatoes.

    Pan Seared Chilean Sea Bass

    Chilean sea bass is one of my favorite white flaky fish, it’s not easy to find fresh in stores but you can get frozen whenever possible. Cook it in cast iron with your favorite seafood seasonings and enjoy:). What I love about Chilean sea bass fillets is that they are a lot thicker than other fish fillets, so you can cook them on all sides without the fish breaking apart.

    Shrimp in a Tomato Sauce with White Wine

    This is one of my kids favorite dinners, they love shrimp and they love pasta so the combination of these two ingredients is perfection to them.

    Tarragon Tuna Dip

    Tarragon tuna dip in a party tray, surrounded with carrots, celery, pita bread, little toasts or crostinis etc. Dip is garnished with parsley and green olive slices.

    This tarragon tuna dip is perfect with some cruditès, tostadas or chips. If you have leftovers, use them to make a tuna sandwich:).

    Salmon Cakes

    These dill salmon cakes are so easy to put together. I love baking them instead of frying them, but you can’t go wrong either way. Serve them over a bed of greens with plenty of lemon slices and some fresh salad. Enjoy:).

    Bonus Recipe – Corvina Ceviche
