This peach rosé sangria with fresh peaches and strawberries is such a fancy, delightful and elegant summer wine drink. It’s so easy to put together and you can make a large pitcher for your guests ahead of time and let it chill in the refrigerator.

I love making sangria and since we live in Florida, I often make this citrus red wine sangria. But after our trip to Spain last year where I tried so many different sangrias, tinto de verano and vermouth drinks I have started experimenting with some more wine types and fruits.
Sonila’s Tips to Make Peach Rosé Sangria
While this recipe can take many shapes and forms, follow this tips for best results:
- Rosé wine – pick a rosé wine you like to drink, fruity, not too sweet and not too expensive.
- Fruits – add fresh fruits to sangria. I love peaches and strawberries, but you can pick raspberries, blueberries, apricots etc.
- Peach Nectar – I love adding a little peach nectar to this sangria recipe, it adds sweetness and enhances the peach flavors.
- Liqueurs – most sangria recipes require a little extra shot of alcohol like vodka or orange liqueur. I love adding a little white dry vermouth to my rosé sangria. In the absence of white vermouth, then I use some Grand Marnier.
- Sparkling water or soda – Top off sangria as you serve it with some sparkling water or sparkling soda (Fever Tree mixers or Schweppes Lemon)
Pro-Tip: Allow the fruits to macerate while sangria is chilling. I prefer to chill overnight so sangria will have enhanced fruit flavors.
