This sriracha aioli spicy condiment is great to use with hot dogs, burgers on a cookout. I also love to use it as a dip with potatoes or tostones. It can be used as a topping, sauce etc! It adds great flavor and a little bit of kick to your food:).
1.5cupsmayonnaisepick a good quality mayo, it will make a difference
3tbspsriracha
1lime, juiced
1garlic clove
pinchsea salt
Instructions
Add mayonnaise and sriracha to a bowl. Squeeze the lime and add the juice to the bowl. Use a garlic crusher to crush the garlic clove and add that as well as salt to the bowl.
Mix all ingredients together until you got a homogenous sauce. Alternatively, you can use a small food processor to mix the sauce.
Do a taste test, adjust for spice and salt accordingly. Store sauce in refrigerator until you're ready to serve. Enjoy:)
Notes
Normally you can mix with just utensils and a bowl. If you have a food processor, you can use that too for mixing the sauce.
Adjust for spice according to you taste.
If you made the sauce too spicy, add a bit more mayo and lime juice to counteract the spice. Also, a little bit of maple syrup or honey can soften the kick too.
Sauce will naturally taste spicier as it stands (especially if you store it in the refrigerator overnight), so adjust for heat before serving again.
