These Puffed Quinoa Breakfast Jars are made with yogurt, quinoa pops (puffed quinoa), berries, cinnamon and honey. Just the perfect, healthy, gluten free breakfast.

Get 4 breakfast bowl or jars. Separate the yogurt in all 4 equally. I prefer jars because you can see the layers of yogurt, fruit, quinoa from the sides.
Add raspberries on yogurt. Don't press them down.
Layer the quinoa on top.
Sprinkle cinnamon for those who like it.
Add blackberries and finally sprinkle with honey if you have unsweetened quinoa. If your quinoa pops are sweet, hold on to honey because once you mix it your breakfast might be sweet enough and you won't need added sugar/honey.
