Mix flour, eggs and cheese in a deep bowl. I used a wooden spoon but you can do this in the food processor if you have one.
Add milk, salt and baking powder and continue mixing.
Add butter and mix until you have a sticky dough.
You can separate the dough in small pieces (meatball size) and use your hands to create the shape. Place them on top of a baking sheet about 1 inch apart from each other. Or alternatively use a muffin tin.
Turn oven on at 400 degrees F. Once oven is hot, bake for about 15 minutes in the bottom rack or until the bread looks golden-brown.
Let them cool for 10 minutes, serve with tea, coffee or just as snacks.
