Delicious and easy Eggless Chocolate Mousse. It doesn't need any cooking, just whip and mix the ingredients, top with walnuts and chill! That's it!! Perfect chocolate mousse:)

0.5cupunsweetened cocoaimportant to pick a good brand and taste as you add to mix
1cupchopped walnuts
Instructions
Start by whipping the heavy cream until its peaks are stiff. See video for reference. It takes about 5 minutes to achieve results. When you start mixing start at medium speed and then you can increase slowly.
Add sugar once heave cream is ready. Continue mixing.
Start adding cocoa slowly. It's worth noting again that different brands have different degrees of bitterness, so add slowly and taste the cream. You can always add more.
Lastly, add table cream. Continue mixing until all the ingredients form a mousse mix.
Use a spoon to add to serving cups.
Top with chopped walnuts. Optional - you can add berries too.
Chill for at least 1 hour, better results 2 hrs. Enjoy:)

Sugar - worth noting again that while the standard recipe needs 1 cup of sugar, that's too sweet for us so we tend to use only half a cup.
Cocoa - be careful as most cocoas are sold with sugar already. Pick an unsweetened, quality brand as it will make all the difference.
