This bell peppers salad with cilantro, limes, red onion and jalapeños makes for a great summer salad that you can serve with seafood or grilled chicken.

Wash all the ingredients carefully, let them air dry or use paper towel.
Chop bell peppers and red onion in about 1 cm or half inch bite size pieces, add them to salad bowl.
De-seed jalapeños, chop them in small pieces, add them over other ingredients. Chop cilantro, remove any thick stems, add in the salad bowl too.
Juice one lime, pour over ingredients. Slice the other lime in wedges and use those as garnishes. Add salt and olive oil to salad bowl, mix to incorporate. Serve with your favorite summer meal:). Enjoy!!
Notes
Please note that a lot of the ingredients in this salad can be customized to taste. Add as much or little sea salt and olive oil as you feel comfortable with. Also, red onions and jalapeños can be adjusted to your personal taste.
