Slice bread and brush olive oil on both sides of each slice. Place slices of bread on a baking sheet pan (use parchment paper) and bake at 300 degrees F (150 degrees C) for about 5 minutes or so or until edges are golden brown.
Wash cucumber and peel. Cut cucumber in thin slices.
Crumble feta cheese in a bowl with a fork. Add remaining olive oil and chopped dill (leave about 1 tbsp of dill for decorations at the end). Mix well.
Once bread is cool enough to handle, then add the feta cheese mix on top and spread. Don't press too much on the feta spread. It's ok for it to be asymmetrical.
Add cucumber slices over feta cheese spread. Then top with desired amount of kalamata olives and dill. Serve right away and enjoy:)
Notes
I don't add salt on cucumber slices because the feta cheese I use has a high amount of salt. However, you can add salt if you think it needs it.
