Instructions
Rinse and drain the raspberries, remove any impurities. Blend raspberries with 2 cups of cold water.
Strain the blended raspberries with a fine mesh strainer. Add raspberry juice over ice in a pitcher.
Squeeze lemons until you get about 1.25 cups of fresh lemon juice and pour that on the pitcher. Using the extra large lemons, you'd need about 5 of them but you'd need more lemons for medium size lemons
Mix raspberry juice with lemon juice. Fill the rest of the pitcher with lemon-lime soda. Serve as desired over ice and garnish with fresh raspberries and mint leaves for a festive look. Cheers:).
Notes
For no sugar added lemonade, use a diet lemon lime soda.
You can prepare the raspberry/lemon blend ahead of time and let it chill in the refrigerator. Then when you're ready to serve, add the lemon lime soda so the drink is still sparkling when serving.
