These homemade Pumpkin Muffins with White Chocolate Chips make for a great treat or breakfast:)
Pumpkin puree, butter, eggs, white chocolate chips, sugar, vanilla extract, pinch of salt, all purpose flour, baking powder, buttermilk.
Separate dry ingredients. Whisk eggs with sugar, add vanilla extract, butter and buttermilk. Then slowly add dry ingredients and pumpkin puree.
Add pumpkin spice and white chocolate chips to batter then fold with a spatula to incorporate.
Scoop muffins batter over liners in baking tray.
Sprinkle orange sugar on top of batter to make pretty muffin tops.
Bake muffins for 20-25 minutes, let cool down then serve as treats or breakfast! Enjoy:)
